We are looking for a contractor to locate gas and water in the City of Richmond, Virginia. We will be replacing and adding natural gas infrastructure based upon these locates. Utility locators as well as metal detectors (paved over man-holes) will be necessary. We are estimating 10 locates a week right now, but that could increase. We are beginning work this week and locates could start immediately. Please let me know your rates, lead times, process, etc.
